The Mobile App: The SCRUMBLE mobile application collects absolutely no personal data from you. Game progress and settings are stored entirely locally on your device. We do not track you, and we do not sell your data.

The Website: The Site may collect personal data (specifically your email address and name) only if you explicitly and voluntarily provide it to us by opting into our newsletter or feedback forms. If provided, we use this information solely to send you updates about SCRUMBLE and related projects.

2. Third-Party Services

While we do not collect data directly, our Service relies on third-party infrastructure that may have their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services: Required to facilitate in-app purchases (e.g., the Scrum Master Prep Pack). We do not receive or store your credit card information.
• Netlify: Used to host our Site securely.
• ConvertKit / Kit: Used to manage our optional email mailing list.
• Canny.io: Used to manage our public feedback and feature request board.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we will retain your email address until you ask us to delete it. You have the right to opt out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you, at which point your data will be permanently removed from our active list.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
