By accessing the SCRUMBLE website or downloading and using the SCRUMBLE mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, gameplay logic, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Javier Carrion. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Javier Carrion.
3. User Conduct and Feedback
If you utilize our community features or feedback boards (e.g., via Canny.io), you agree to interact respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any content or ban any users that post abusive, hateful, or inappropriate material, at our sole discretion.
4. Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the App (such as the "Scrum Master Prep Pack"), you will be doing so via Google Play Billing. We do not store or process your payment data directly. All purchases are final according to Google Play's standard refund policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide this app as an educational study tool, but we make no guarantee or warranty that using this app will result in a passing score on the PSM I, CSM, or any other certification exam.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Javier Carrion be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

SCRUMBLE is an independent educational logic puzzle game designed to assist in studying Agile methodologies. SCRUMBLE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance.
